How come in Uncanny Avengers Deadpool still has his deformed looking skin, but in Spider-man Deadpool his skin is all healed up? Is Spider-Man Deadpool not in continuity?

The thing with with Deadpool's skin is that sometimes he is extremely deformed and other times he just has a couple of scars.
