You can't just touch a person's face. Especially someone you're not even close to. It's extremely indecent.

I'm not saying that punching is a solution but certainly the average man will definitely take action against a random person trying to touch him.

Probably not, since we all know women/girls can get away with a lot more than a guy can. I can personally recall getting slapped in the face a few times by girls when I was a kid and not doing a thing about it, but I swung at a few of my male classmates for less. My father told me never to hit a girl, but he never said anything about a dude.

If it were a woman or girl Justin might have been less likely to over react. But a dude you don't know starts touching your face...you don't know if that guy is the next Mark David Chapman or what...
