I'm not really any good, i just like fighters. MvC3 was a greedy cashgrab with a horrible design choice, roster, and control scheme. UMvC3 i avoided because of MvC3. If this game is any good and features Rogue, I will support it. Skullgirls has been an excellent alternative.

What I'm really hoping for is a HD Remix game like all the other great Capcom Fighter's got on Xbox Live & PSN (Marvel Capcom: Origins, SSF2THD, SF3, Darkstalkers etc)

A X-Men: CotA & XvSF bundle those games started it all for the Vs series of games and needs to be brought to the new generation. Stupid politics

SFII is the only game that got an HD Remix.

OKAY. I love this kind of thing, making up rosters, but I do agree that at least for the first wave the X-Men characters are probably going to be kept to an absolute minimum. It isn't like this is just a Marvel fighting game, which would actually be really fun and interesting - a console version of Contest of Champions or Future Fight or something? But keeping on topic, I feel I should also mention that they are decidedly NOT going to be going back to 2D. Capcom's fighters have entered an era where they look far more realistic than they did in the past. Let's take a look at Street Fighter 5:



Now, let's say that the initial roster has about 40 characters, with an even split between them. I'd expect to see something like this (I'll be bolding the X-Characters, and NOT counting Deadpool among them since he doesn't seem to have the same embargo):

Even if Marvel vs Capcom 4 is really coming out, I don't believe it will have any X-men or F4 character. So my answer is others : no one. But besides that, this are X-men characters I want for Marvel vs Capcom 4 :
