    I've seen it years ago when it first came out on VHS. It was a pretty heavy film.

    Its a great song. They are mostly known for Radio Star but there isn't a song by them that I don't like really. They are spectacular.

    Earlier today I told a co-worker that I saw the Red Hot Chili Peppers live around the time Mother's Milk. The drummer threw a drum stick into the audience that hit me in the the chest. My co-worker was unimpressed...

    Blink and you'll miss the singer from Fishbone in this video

    We ( the above co-worker and I) did agree that while Billy Corgan was a talented songwriter, he's truned into an insufferable whiner

    Right? He's kind of ruined the band for me.

    [QUOTE=Chia Head;3236626]Til Tuesday - Voices Carry

    Til Tuesday were from Boston, Gang Green were a hardcore punk rock band from Boston at the same time

    Their gimmick was being big drinkers, note the band logo being a reworking of Budweiser's logo at the time

    He hasn't ruined those old songs for me, but I roll my eyes when I read new interviews. What's funny is I still have an old Rolling Stone from the 90's that was actually about Soundgarden where the two bands played a show together and Kim the guitarist for SG was trying to tell him something like, "You write all the songs, play all the instruments, and everyone knows that Smashing Pumpkins is really 'The Billy Corgan Experience' why do you if care if some photographer doesn't think you're the cutest member of the group?"

    Most people these days know Danny Elfman as a guy that does movie scores, but I'm not sure if folks remember that he was in a new wave pop band back in the early 80's

    Also dig that "Cabinet of Dr Caligari" set design that showed up in a lot of early 80's videos
