I would put this on repeat on my CD player. I was that obsessed.

Sinead O'Connor - Troy
I feel awful for Sinead. Ripping up the popes picture on live TV brought her so much backlash. Years later people will start to see what she meant with all those Church molestation scandals. Poor girl. She was such a talent.
I knew this guy in high school who always wanted to borrow my U2 cassettes. I jokingly said I'd have to take his hat for collateral and to my surprise he gave it to me. And it became a recurring joke.
U2 - Pride (In The Name Of Love)
Pet Shop Boys - West End Girls
I buddy of mine actually gave me this record back in the day. He had the vinyl then bought the cassette so that he could listen to it in the car, so he ended up letting me have the 12". I think she could have bounced back from the SNL thing, but she's struggled off and on with depression. Last thing I heard she'd converted to Islam?
I don't think that I've posted this particular version of this song, if I did I don't remember
I know Amiee has been posted before but not this live version
and some more Dan, sorta

I have not read the Deadly Class comic, so I wasn't that interested in the TV show. However, seeing people talk about the 80's alternative music used has kinda made me curious.
More REM
I guess the inspiration for this song was that news anchor Dan Rather got jumped on the way home one night. The attacker asked Rather, "What's the frequency?" and called him Kenneth at some point. Supposedly, this guy thought that the TV stations were broadcasting radio waves into his brain and if he knew the frequency he could block them.
Here's Rather being a good sport about it
Fun trivia: REM released an album called "Green." In Chicago at that same time was a rock band called Green as a goof they released an E.P. called "REM"
