The infamous GG Allin. GG was probably more known for outrageous behavior than his actual music. Usually considered punk rock, this song is closer to maybe Alice Cooper or something. The music starts around 2:30-ish, the intro is GG and his band walking the streets being unlikable.

I don't know if I said this already but Eugenius used to be called Captain America which was the lead singers favorite superhero but they had to change it because Marvel sued them. So they changed it to his childhood nickname. Kurt Cobain was also a fan of their other band The Vaselines.
