Okay, I suppose there are people who like the current direction the franchise has. But this is for people who don't.
Let's suppose you're in charge of writing this story. How would you restore the X-Men back to a classic status quo without rebooting? Keep in mind you have to:
- Bring back Scott and Logan
- Make them friends again
- Make the X-Men a team again (no more fragmentation between them)
- Get rid of the O5
- Get back to the feel of the classic X-Men team adventures but looking forward

I know, but it's not exactly the same. That one is focused in how would you do a relaunch, not the specifics of the story. Maybe I should change the title of the thread?
