    Still standing by "No".

They don't have anything in common that'd make them compatible with one another. Spider-Man's wise-cracking and easy-going personality annoys Black Widow, and with her cold, and heavy focus on the mission, she wouldn't waste her time tagging with Spidey. Spidey already has Black Cat, while Black Widow goes on missions with Bucky, Logan, etc. Of course, I wouldn't mind Pete and Nat fighting together in at least one issue in a while, but for the most part, let them be on their own.

Perhaps Spider-Man's wise-cracking and easy-going personality annoys those around him. As Peter Parker, however, that's a different matter. He has a genius level mind and can hold an interesting conversation. Parker never makes wisecracks outside of crime fighting. This is one reason why characters like Jessica Drew, Julia Carpenter, and Carol Danvers have a different opinion on Parker once they got to know his real persona, which has less to do with Spider-Man's wise-cracking personality. Peter persona is just like their own respectively. There is a side to Parker that would attract Natasha's interest, which is direct ties to his parents. Something that neither Black Cat nor Silver Sable have on Peter Parker...

He has romanced a spy like Mockingbird so it's not totally unfeasible but I would vote no because if she does get mixed up with him odds are likely that she gets bitten by spider and turns into a spider woman for a stint which would ultimately be just a gimmick and would add nothing to her character like what happened recently when she wore the war machine armor but was just wallpaper in the Avengers main book.

It would not be a gimmick at all. Peter Parker and Natasha could work well together in a serious role. He can create devices that would aid Natasha on her solo missions. What would bind them together is Natasha's ties to Peter's parents. Nothing to do with Spider-Gimmicks. It's an opportunity to have Peter invited into Natasha's world and vice versa as she once did with Daredevil and Hawkeye. What I really want to see is Black Cat and Hawkeye working together on a case.

Something that doesn't interest Peter as much. Neither Black Cat, or Sivler Sable need that to have a good chemistry, and work well with Peter. Even outside crime fighting, Peter still has a sense of humour. Black Widow, on the other hand would be focused on the mission, including going solo.

Yes, it is an excellent read and honestly probably best portrays the relationship between her and Spidey. They work best when they only work together occasionally. They have a definite chemistry but I think that evaporates if you push them together for too long. Felicia is hands down Spidey's best partner for the hero gig.

It doesn't interest Peter much because he never got to know his parents growing up. However, there could be stories between Black Widow and Spider-Man that has a lot to do with Mary and Richard Parker's captured intelligence data from the old Soviet Union, as well as Asia. Black Widow has had a partnership with Daredevil whose like Peter Parker. It would be interesting to see Black Cat and Daredevil work together once again in exchange for Natasha working with Peter Parker..

It's sad that Marvel never created more stories with Spider-Man and Black Widow during the 1980's, 1990's, and the 2000's. The same goes for Spider-Man and Tigra, who should have been a mainstay in the world of Spider-Man as a Police Officer as her civilian occupation, like Jean DeWolf....

As for the evaporation, Daredevil broke up with Natasha after realizing that they were not meant to be. Regarding Natasha as Nancy Rushman, she never lost her memory. Otherwise how would she had known where to find Peter Parker? This tells me that Natasha knew Spider-Man's secret ID all along.
