Someone breaks Black Bolt's mind and he his now screaming his lungs out and now nearing Gotham City (The one's who modified him made sure he will not die from excessively using his powers). Batman calls for help naturally.
JL members present at the time are:

- Batman (Default)
- Green Lantern Hal
(Flash and MMH are not included because they can phase)
Rules:
- JL members are in character.
- Not much prep because it is an emergency deployment
- From BB's location, it will take him 10 mins. to reach Gotham, if he do so Game Over.

Dude got depowered, his scream is less of a deal these days. As is Black Bolt himself. Otherwise honestly, the moment he started screaming Gotham is over. Especially considering the creation of the Fault and things like his voice held behind gritted teeth and channeled to the other side of a planet moving tectonic plates, and various other sundry, the moment he started screaming, Earth is over.
