I meant the combination of characters seem gimmicky in some of them. Sometimes that works, but some of these I just don't see the point of, apart from very temporary novelty value.

How many episodes of The New Scooby Doo Movies does that describe, too, though? I'm not sure Mama Cass is more or less appropriate for a team up than Harley Quinn.
