Good for Renew Your Vows. It was a great first issue.

    Wow, Prowler bled off hard.

What are we to make of the fact that ASM (and this month its event offshoot) are now regularly not even top 20 books?

I think we're looking at a lot of titles ending and a big line-wide relaunch/reshuffling for the Spider-books soon.

Yup. I agree; and it will likely happen next Spring to get out in front of the new movie. Another ASM #1 is on it's way!

Looks like ASM has been slowly dropping in sales after Power Play ended and Before Dead No More began.

So I take it we shouldn't expect Prowler to last long after Clone Conspiracy, if at all?

Yeah, events are supposed to sell at a higher level than usual. That's a big reason why they do these events. Sales on the Civil War II mini have been quite good, but the tie-ins did not seem so good. It doesn't matter on something that wouldn't have existed otherwise, like the ASM CW II tie-in mini, but it does when it doesn't help regular ongoings that tie-in to the event.

Looking at Clone Conspiracy, the regular ASM seems to be higher on the charts than the CC proper mini. I'm not sure what to make of that yet. At this point, this could just be a hiccup. Or it could be a sign of deeper issues with this event.

Prowler probably won't last long. I think Frontier is right and we'll be seeing a revamp on the Spider line in the not too distant future.

Agreed. I could see it either being after Clone Conspiracy, or after the upcoming arc about Norman.

It'll probably happen around Homecoming's release.

I think setting it around Homecoming's release in the Spring will give the current creators enough time to finish up their current runs as the line gets ready for a wholesale revamp/relaunch.

Spider-Woman doesn't sound like it'll be concluding with the Hobgoblin arc, so Hopeless might have one last story to tell there, and Thompson's talked about stories for Silk post-Clone Conspiracy, so that'll probably carry that book to around then as well.

Barring big drops for Venom and Renew Your Vows, though I do expect the former to drop a considerable degree (though the anniversary issue might help it out), those are the only newer titles I see making it to Homecoming's release along with likely relaunches of all the top-selling titles (ASM, Miles, SM/DP, Spider-Gwen).

Looks like sales are down on most books not just the Spidey books but damn a Spider-Man event should be doing better.
    We need better comics

Venom is the one shocker to me here, but otherwise, the #1s will be rolling soon, I think most of us can obviously see that by now.

Even worse than that, even with Hobgoblin, Spider-Woman is basically bleeding out sitting on cancellation numbers barely doing better than Spidey. Ouch.
