Default Which of these 3 scenarios is more scary, creepy, and dangerous to deal with?

Haunted Spirits and Poltergeist (yes yes i know, some of you are going to say "not real", but try to look at it from a fear perspective) in your house:

Creepers and Burglars in Your House:

Your House or Any Place Being On Fire:

Which is more scary/creepy/dangerous to get yourself involved in? Which is harder to deal with? Which can inflict more damage to your property (fire might be obvious, so just make it between the first two scenarios? What would you have done if you were in these situations? Which scenario would make you a bigger hero if you managed to save someone's lives or properties from either of these problems?

Bonus Scenario: What would happen if a burglar were to break into someone's house, only to find "poltergeist activity" happening?

I'm sure that gag has shown up in some old either Three Stooges or Little Rascal short. Maybe I'm thinking of a Mickey Mouse cartoon?

That's nice. But what about the actual topic, besides the bonus scenario?

Poltergeist wouldn't bother me unless they kept me up in the middle of the night.

Creepers in the house I would threaten with a hammer.

If there was a fire I'd grab my wallet and run.

Great answers. If there was a creeper, I could have gotten a bat or some other weapon.

    Fire.
I have several weapons (and a 'I could care less about your well-being when you willfully invade my space! attitude to go with them) that could deal with creepers and thus would have a chance of stopping their shenanigans one way or another.
Fire? I have two elderly parents who are not terribly mobile. Depending on where the fire broke out and when, could well lose one or both to a horrible death. Would rather we suffer a potential robbery/assault than immolation.
Actually, we came horrifically close to this happening just weeks ago when a wire got fried at the junction box. The look on the electrician's face rather said it all.
Ghosts? Don't exist to me, but if they did then I imagine an experienced exorcist would work to clear the problem.
Parental care is way exhausting. Gained insight into what my parents went through when I was a baby. Not fun, but what ya gonna do? (Read comics, obviously.)

The second one because they tend to kill people immediately.

The first scenario is scary too but poltergeists don't kill people immediately

As for fire, it takes time before you get killed and you still have the chance to get out of it.

Burglars in your house. Poltergeistso can be exorcised and fires can be put out, but human cruelty & stupidity can be unpredictable l, you can never know what kind of person the man who breaks in is.

Yeah that is very true. But is finding an exorcist as easy of an immediate option as calling the cops for the burglars?
