Let's be real, 2016 can go **** itself for all of the amazing people who have died within that calendar year. David Bowie, Alan Rickman, Prince, Anton Yelchin, Gene Wilder, Alan Thicke, Ron Glass, John Glenn, Garry Shandling, Patty Duke, Kenny Baker, Abe Vigoda, Merle Haggard, Glenn Frye Muhammed Ali, Leonard Cohen, and just this week we lost George Michael and Carrie Fisher. Seriously, get ****ed, 2016.
I've frankly had enough of that. So that's why this week's theme is...
NOBODY DIES TONIGHT!
Give me all the covers where a hero is standing up and fighting tooth and nail to keep someone from biting the dust, be it a damsel or dude in distress, one of their loved ones, a complete stranger, or a large group of people. But against all odds, they're digging in and making sure that on that die, no lives were lost, through sheer will and grit. Because seriously, enough is enough, 2016.
