I actually posted my previous post before you posted your previous post. My apologies.

I think I get where you're coming from, and you may be onto something there. If so, then this is just one more sign that DC may never improve until we get a pretty massive regime change. And who knows when that may ever happen.

    To maybe move this along

    - the Amazons' skills with magic should receive greater emphasis.

    - some level of technological advancement is possible.

    - Gail Simone should have been allowed to make Philipus and Hippolyta a couple.

    - Donna and Kory would make a good couple.

    - the heroes of Greek mythology would make for great villains.

    - likewise some of the villains like Medusa, Arachne, Minotaur and Medea would make for good allies.

    - Hessia should get more focus.

-Artemis the Amazon could be renamed Artume to avoid confusion.

The amazons should heavily worship the female gods

The amazons should have children even if it's the clay origin .

Oh please. Lets not act like the Rogues were all terribly popular before Johns got ahold of them. Mark Waid barely used them because he thought they were lame. I dont think Minerva circa Perez is any weaker as a character than they were at the time.

Minerva Cheetah jobs so much. Writers really hate her. Since her conception, Batman's punched her out. Steve has too. Green Arrow tied her up and her catlike instincts didn't do squat. She lost to Diana even after a speed boost and Diana getting a thrashing by Genocide prior. Diana dominated a fight where she was poisoned and Cheetah was in full health. And when she didn't hold back it took 3 hits to leave her knocked out in a pile of her own blood. Actually Diana did that too in the fight I mentioned where she was poisoned.

Steve Trevor should be jettisoned as the "Angel" name calling "love interest." I spent almost 3 decades without the character and nothing was lost from the Wonderverse from the post CRISIS reboot to ODYSSEY including Rucka's original run.

Veronica Cale isn't happening but Rucka isn't giving up. I'm sick of both her and him.

I really wish Steve Trevor was a male counterpart to Diana in physicals. Perhaps he could get a male amazon esque thing off the ground.

Steve Trevor should be a military doctor. Not necessarily the best soldier; he's not buff, he's not the most athetlic, he's not the most coordinated, but a great healer, and very brave. In the present day he's discharged and becomes an M.D. at whatever local hospital is in the area of Wonder Woman's base city of operations.

This is more or less what Rucka is doing.

I think that the point is that Steve like Wonder Woman trained their lives to protect the others and fight for peace.
Both are soldiers for peace, trained hard to get their skills and nice body.

I like the idea of the Invisible Jet.

    I like Veronica Cale.

I would like to see both Donna and Cassie brought back into the main WW book.

WW doesn't have to be "bad-ass". She's not DC's Red Sonja.

Having said that, people shouldn't be afraid of using the word "feminist" to describe WW.

What's wrong with being badass? How does that make her Red Sonja?

There's nothing wrong with being bad ass per se. But some creators focus on the warrior aspect and forget that a huge part of Diana's character is her compassion.
