If I'm a villain I'm heading straight to Pittsburgh, Cleveland or Indy. Hell, Milwaukee would be an awesome place for a villain to set up shop Rob some banks and then get some awesome craft beer.

Some Villans. For every villain that wants fame you have ten that just want to make off with cash. It's insane that so many villains are hanging around New York.

Because we only see when the villains lose and not the many times when they win (especially in this time where heroes are too busy fighting each other)
