Who are the female characters that are "snide sociopaths that never struggle"?

Your blowing this up and making it seem that this applies to most female character. Your right that every character is vulnerable at some point, but the same could apply to character acting "smug and snide" on occasion.

No one is saying she's never been vulnerable. It's saying that someone else isn't a victim in her own origin story that owes everything to someone else's heroism.

I haven't read She-Hulk's origin, was she also basically just a damsel in distress who needed to be saved or did she have any agency in the actions that led to her being injured and needing the blood transfusion?
I don't own Savage She-Hulk #1 unfortunately. The scans/summary I've seen stated that at the time of Bruce's visit someone puts a hit out on her due to her job (although I can't remember if it was stated she was a practicing lawyer in the story) and the injury leads to the blood transfusion.

Most Marvel female characters from the past few years. They are celebrated in an obnoxious manner just for existing and act like they are perfect in every way. For Pete’s sake, the solicitation for Carol’s last ongoing said “YAAAS QUEEN SLAY! Everyone loves Captain Marvel. She’s the world’s favorite superhero!” And this was after she became a quasi-dictator.

Most superheroes are victims in their origin stories. And every legacy character owes their identity to someone else’s heroism.

Don't let the Mary Sue find out about that scene with Simon lifting more than Carol.

Will there also be an outrage when the amount of dialogue of the comicbook character Simon, is more than that of the comicbook character Ms. Marvel?

I wil not be surprised in the least if the scene depicting the comicbook characters Steve and Carol back-to-back is to be used for a live-action shot in the MCU, come 2019.

Nice introduction to the reader of the comicbook character Kamala Khan who, eventhough is destined to become a member of the inferior race Inhumans..
finds worthiness for the 'Marvel' name by wisely worshipping the comicbook character Carol Danvers a member of the superior race Kree who created the inferior race Inhumans.

It makes perfect sense that during Drivel Gore II, the comicbook character Carol Danvers a member of the superior race Kree
refers to the comicbook character Queen Medusa a member of the inferior race Inhumans as 'Princess Big Hair'.

And Holy-Moley!, the 'no more Hellstrom' line is one magnificent homage to the 'no more Mutants' line uttered by the comicbook character Wanda
at the end of House of Meh which resulted in said comicbook character getting raped beyond repair for a decade thankfully said character has recovered by now.

    Captain Marvel #6 Oct 1968
    "In the Path of Solam!"
While aboard the Kree ship, Mar-Vell is in a holographic training session which is cranked up to a high level by Yon-Rogg,
hoping that Mar-Vell will die during the experience. However, Mar-Vell succeeds in beating the computer.
After, Mar-Vell is ordered back to Earth, where his identity is almost exposed by Carol Danvers when she
spots the Kree ship returning to Earth's orbit and "Lawson's" sudden appearance in the middle of the road.

Later, in his guise of Lawson, Mar-Vell meets with Dr. Norman Lundquist who is displaying his Solar Amplification Light-Cannon.
Examining the device, Mar-Vell realizes that the device has the potential of creating a solar energy creature (which Mar-Vell dubs "Solam").
However, when Mar-Vell decides to try and destroy the device, Yon-Rogg strikes Mar-Vell through his wrist communicator.
When the device creates a Solam creature, it goes on a rampage and gets strong as it absorbs more solar energy.
Changing into Captain Marvel, Mar-Vell pools the resources of the world's most powerful computers together to come up
with a solution as to how to destroy Solam. They learn that "over-feeding" Solam would cause the creature to explode.

Mar-Vell returns to the Kree ship, unaware that Yon-Rogg plans on putting Mar-Vell on trial before Ronan the Accuser once more.
While back on Earth, the combined computation power has alerted the attention
of Quasimodo who hopes to take control of the super-computer that he's detected.

Script by Arnold Drake, pencils by Don Heck, inks by John Tartaglione
