There's probably someone lower on the totem pole who could win via esoterics or something, but the Surfer would mop the floor with him.

Umm, there are a lot of people--psychics, reality warpers, people basically immune to conventional damage, multidimensional space gods and abstracts, time manipulators, super scientists, et cetera--who would catch on to Hit's game pretty quickly and take him out one way or another.

How far he gets depends on where he starts.

No. Too many people whose anatomy doesn't follow traditional rules of biology (or have the power to subvert them).

Hit has quite the speed advantage however as Skyfathers don't really have much in the way of speed. I'd say he could take them out just fine in a fight if he is fast enough to put em down before they use their esoterics. Provided he doesn't take them out with his time skip, and own time stop abilities.

It's those with cosmic sense that become a bit of a problem.

Besides Odin, which Skyfathers even have any feats?

Zeus has a few feats I think, though I am not familiar enough with either he nor Hit to compare them.
