As far as I can tell, only three issues of this B&W comic were put out by B-Movie Comics from South Bend, Indiana back around 1987. The main feature of Reacto-Man was produced by Ken Holewczynski, and the three issues also had a back-up feature with a character called "The Man in the Moon" which was illustrated by Dave Studzinski and written by some guy named . . . Brian Augustyn.
It also looks like a collection of the three issues was later (1992?) distributed by Caliber, though I don't know if it was just the Reacto Man stuff or if it also included the Man in the Moon back-up features.
