    Default Cover Contest for 1/12/17-1/18/17

    My first time so I'll do an easy theme:

    I, Robot

    Cover has to have something to do with a robot.





    THE CUT AND PASTED RULEBOOK:

    • Post One (& ONLY ONE) Cover that fits the theme of this Week's Contest!

    • Cover must be from a Published Comic Book or Collected Volume!

    • Covers must be Posted before Voting Begins!

    • Voting Begins 12 AM Thursday 1/12 and Runs Until 12 AM Wednesday 1/18 PST (3 AM EST)!

    • Vote by Posting the name in BOLD of the Poster whose cover best fits the theme or that you simply like the most! A vote need not be in bold, but it does make it easier to Count-The-Votes!

    • The Winner of the Contest is the Entry with the MOST Votes after the Voting-Period!

    • It's Okay to Discuss the Covers but if you Think Someone's Entry Doesn't Fit the Theme or Violates the Rules, you Don't need to Argue it in the thread, Simply Don't Vote for It!

    Occasionally Voting will Result in a Tie! The Person Who Started the Thread and Thus will do the Counting that Week will Usually call for a TIE-Breaking Vote from Someone who has Not Yet Voted!
    AFTER the Tie-Breaker Vote, Voting Ends and the Winner is Declared by The One Who Started the Thread (or assigned surrogate) and Thus will do the Counting!

    Clarification request: There are Robots, Androids, and Cyborgs. I think it's safe to exclude Cyborgs, but Androids and Robots often get confused with each other. So, is this Robots and Androids? Or just Robots?

    I suppose that Androids, like Machine-Man, are Robots - humanoid ones : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Android_%28robot%29.
    The first Robots were even made of synthetic organic matter : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/R.U.R.

    Boy, that was a tough one. So many good entries, I was like a kid in a candy store allowed to only get one thing. "This one. No, this one. No, wait, this one. But, damn, that first one is so good. Oh, wait, that one."

    So, at the end, I basically had to eeny-meeny-miny-mo (is that spelled right?) this one, and my vote goes to ChadH.
