Dialga has complete mastery of time. I assume that extends to the time it takes to get from wherever supes starts to it.
And ignoring that, Arceus is still a God who should be immune to destruction, at least by force. I mean, this logic derived from the fact that destruction means being taken out of existence, existence being a complete function of arceus will.

also, "god" is a subjective title around here because there are a lot of gods in fiction. a lot of them don't live up to the title. arceus is one of them.
Arceus theoretically created the Pokemon world. It also, theoretically, can be beaten up and captured by non-Cosmic beings.
Text says a lot of legendaries don't need to go with you, and the battle leading up to it a test where they perform at a small percentage of their power. It is explicitly stated for a few of them, but to be honest, I can't find any specific evidence of that applying to the three I mentioned.
And in response to Dialgas speed feats, I was referring to the feat of creating time, or being an embodiment of the concept of time. It's a tad mixed up which. But the point is that speed is a function of time.
Now, I mean, while it doesn't explicitly say that these three specifically are fighting depowered, it mentions that a lot of the lesser legendaries are. I mean, if that doesn't apply, then I think you could stretch pis to fit, given the whole thinking reality into existence thing.
I was trying to present creating the universe and controlling time (which are demonstrated) as feats themselves. But the poke-verse is so non-specific about what is actually going on that I'll agree to give up, but say that it is difficult to peg down exactly what is happening in pokemon, due to vague sprites, and none of that really ever mattering to the plot.
I would have said "any that use magic" since Silver Age Superman was contractually obligated to just stand around and take any magic to give them a story.
I would find Mistreveus or someone soloing Superman quite amusing. Also most of his strength was attached to punches and throws. Attacks that are considered Normal or Fighting type by Pokémon logic. Thus Ghosts which are immune to that sort of thing wouldn't be bothered by his amazing strength. (In the anime and comics they were intangible, thus explaining why attacks would go through them.)
