I'm reading old issues of original X Men where they made a big good deal about the Factor Three group. Good break from the same Magneto crap from the first 6 issues etc.
Why doesn't Marvel bring back groups like Factor Three?

I remember them making the Ogre seem like kind of a pedo, in Thunderbolts. I liked Changeling well enough. but I preferred him as Morph; in the animated series.
Factor Three, and many of those old school stories, are really hard to swallow to the modern palette. Remember how they were actually being controlled by a giant squid from Sirius? Yeah... Some things are better left in the Silver Age. X-Men really didn't become much to talk about until Claremont's run.
Let the flames destroy all but that which is pure and true!
Claremont only made the X Men better in the late 70s to early mid 1980s because of the original X Men comic not doing too good due to the reprints of some issues.
and by the way I do like Factor Three for what Stan Lee and whoever else were trying to do to hype up a big bad bad guy group for the X Men to deal with. Even Mekano was kinda cool just a spoiled brat who wore an odd mechanical suit
