Farewell then because she wasn't really doing her job anyway.

Someone on Bleeding Cool claimed Heather was responsible for the time skip...she leaves and the solicited issue for May sees the time skip reversed. Coincidence?

Maybe, although is the "flashback" story just a one-off tale or or they planning to resume telling stories in the past for a stretch now and leave the "8 years later" stuff be?

Marvel's official wikia lists a 20th issue, so we'll see.

If it is well then Marvel will simply have to retcon the Eight Years Later thing as a dream or some other stuff.

I don't see why they should do that just because it was an unpopular direction.

Well how could you salvage the situation then?

I don't think it needs salvaging, I liked the direction they went in so I would keep the eight year future intact, the only problem is finding room to address the cliffhanger with Sinister having his hands on Annie's DNA.

But if the direction was unpopular wouldn't Marvel be losing at this rate?

Isn't an "official Wiki" an oxymoronic term? (Still, I hope their right about there being more issues to come.)

Or just events that happen further down the timeline.

Obviously a coincidence. Solicits were put together months ago, she only just resigned and is working her notice.

I didn't say we needed to keep the eight year future "as is", we can revisit it sometime, but dedicate most of the book to what happened when Annie was a kid.

    Thanks Rich

Can you verify whether or not RYV has long to go? BC had last heard it was on the chopping block.

    Agreed.
I preferred the old direction because it meant being allowed to watch Annie grow and learn and have fun watching it happen. Though I much preferred it when Peter acting like a grown man in the original mini-series currently he is not a man at all. Not even going back will repair that damage.
"Excellent!" I cried. "Elementary," said he
