When it comes to Street Level characters and mid-tier characters you cannot go wrong with Gail Simone. She is severely underrated and an absolute master of the heroic dramatic moment.

Truth. Her Secret Six also did a wonderful job of spotlighting the gray areas of morality. Although not as acclaimed, her post Flashpoint SS provided some incredible social commentary. I'd recommend both series highly.

Yes! Gail writes great character driven story! She made me like characters I didn't think I'd care about. You should read both runs of her SECRET SIX.

You also couldn't go wrong with her BIRDS OF PREY runs or her WONDER WOMAN material.

Yeah, I really just stumbled into this for Bane. Huge fan, people said this characterization was different and GOOD, but when I started I didn't care about anyone else but maybe thought Deadshot was kinda cool.

Now I love Catman and Rag Doll...Catman!! And Rag Doll!!
