But don't some Inhumans die during terrigensis anyway or undergo horrible transformations. Wasn't that the point of breeding programs? So nothing has really changed. Also not many inhuman deaths have occurred from this so called fractured DNA, certainly a lot less than mutant deaths. Maybe the inhuman team should have done a better job of making this little point a little more prominent before leaving the fans do to all the heavy lifting.

We could see that it is really hard to avoid Terrigen cloud because Inhumans usually aren't near this cloud. (Civil War 2, Uncanny Avengers, Moon Girl and more series, x-men series also)
If Terrigenesis would be controlled then less people would die and they would have a choice (they could try gain superpowers or not)
right now they don't have.

jeez some people are thinking that moving to another planet is the most natural move but it would take people months of psychological preparation for such a migration not to mention the possibility that maybe they would just be carrying the m pox infection with them. Then again in uncanny avengers Wanda did the same thing and created planet x a planet for mutants as her last act before dying so maybe it can be done but someone cosmic will have to intervene for it to be pulled of without further casualties and I don't remember any cosmic entity capable of such planetary evacuation being on familiar terms with the X Men.
