Both are firstborn children of gigantic personalities --who raised an army to preside over a kingdom of their own making. They left the nest in search of their own destiny and sense of doing what's right.

Yeah also there dynamic would basically be a bigger, funnier, sexier, more interesting version of wonder woman/steve trevor and nightwing/starfire.
