yeah, Madame Rouge would be my answer. as gwangung stated shes a villain who has worked with the good guys on occasion.
so in the Amalgam universe i guess she would be Madame Mystique

WOW people really if were talking about shape shifting.i'm surprised that no one mention MIRAGE from TEAM TITANS.
Well this thread exceeded my expectations, clearly.
Will Size altering Jean do as a reverse example?
I was thinking Cheshire? Or is she a little too irredeemably evil?
That's odd...her name is Madame Rouge...you change her name around by one letter and her name is Rogue, who is connected to Mystique in Marvel Comics. And Madame Rouge of DC Comics is a member of the Brotherhood of Evil. I think Mystique and Rogue were once members of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants in Marvel comics.
Personality and looks wise, Poison Ivy is the closest to being DC's Mystique. Power wise, I don't really know any DC Supervillainess which can shapeshift
The Human Target
The Avenger (he's DC now, right?)
The "Trinity of Sin" Question could alter his appearance.
She is bit because of the movies Marvel has bent over backwards to make her seem not as evil as she is. She should really have a kill on sight order on her she has betrayed the X-Men so many times, but since she is a mutant all is forgiven.
Harley Quinn is more like Mystique in that movies and TV have forced the comic writers to try and redeem her for all the evil things she used to do, and make her an antihero instead of the straight up villain she is.
Add Dumas (Mark Shaw's Manhunter) to the list.
