    Season 3 is not taking its foot off the gas one bit so far and I love it. There is just so much going on.

    I love this show! The only thing I don't like about it is the minor changes they made from the books. But they kind of bug me. Still a great show though.

    I think one of the reasons for this is they have so many different stories to tell, there is no need for the padding that shows with one main cast usually have.
    There came a time when the Old Gods died! The Brave died with the Cunning! The Noble perished locked in battle with unleashed Evil! It was the last day for them! An ancient era was passing in fiery holocaust!

    I think what helps with this is they spent so much of season 1 setting up the universe so well that they are now able to go balls to the wall without having to stop every few episodes to explain whats going on. Season 1 did have a slower pace, but looking back at it now I see why and how that set them up to be able to have season 2 and now 3 be so packed with action. You can really tell the guys making this show started out with a long term plan.

    This is an awesome show, but I don't like how they are getting away from the books.

    That is sort of what I took from it. They started out just trying to make super warriors, but now see that maybe they can use the kids to harness and control the protomolecule.
