Watching the 50th Anniversary Star Trek documentary on History channel, a decent work overall, probably the first worthwhile thing History Channel has made in awhile. (Seriously for a channel supposedly focusing on history, they don't show nearly enough documentaries on the network.)

IK but when you are poor as dirt I just have to check out some things before buying. More so because I do not have a comic shop local (2 hours away) so my comics are all ordered online paying steep shipping prices.

This is why I do 45-60 minutes of cardio exercise a day. Heart health is important. Plus my Grandmother is diabetic and just going off how bad it can make her feel it's not something I would ever want to deal with.

To hear some doctors tell it, just about ANYTHING can kill you these days. Still, I get in a mile or two of walking at lunchtime every day. More because I enjoy it rather than for any health benefit.
