Image has been on a really good hot streak as of lately. I find myself reading more image books than I do Marvel or DC stuff.

I hate to call them the new Marvel or DC...But there always seems to be a Publisher that is like the outsider that innovates and changes things.

What Image, Boom, IDK, Valiant, Dark Horse and many independents do now..larger companies do later.

Unfortunately true. Marvel from my prospective seems to cut off good writers run way to early instead of keeping them on.

Image,Boom,IDK,Dynamite, seems to be holding my attention a lot stronger these days. I other than Ghost and Tomb Raider i don't read much Dark Horse comics and 0 Valiant.

See...that's where you need to get a good comic to help change that mood. But I feel ya...sometimes nothing seems to make it better and it just makes more sense to stew a bit.

and realize that there are really none (or maybe 1) Marvel or DC book on there.

Zeus is owned by an acquaintance (he used to post here on the YABS board).

I shop them because:

1) they do mail order for me
2) they give me a discount
3) Richard and his Partner Chris are GREAT Guys and I want to support a gay owned business.

(the discount is what really helps tho)
