Well, just now, I was forced to get up close and personal with my clogged toilet. That's one pair of rubber gloves I will never use again.

And >smacks forehead< I should have figured that Mother's Day isn't celebrated on the same date globally. My own mother actually doesn't care about it; just as you say, she believes that every day should be mother's day. And I can follow her in that.
