I'm more irked that they took The Hobbit (which was one of the shortest of the books) and turned it into three movies.

The Animated one was supposed to be two, and the Live action ones were supposed to be even more detailed..

I also refuse to see a film in 3D unless is was actually filmed in 3D. The re-release of the original Star Wars trilogy in 3D is a travesty. What? So now I can watch Greedo shoot first in more than 2 dimensions? That's just too many degrees of wrong.

I totally agree. 3D still seems like a gimmick for most movies and not actually an integral part.
