So this is a sad case that shows how utterly messed up our justice system is:

That is just pathetic. First, when you give a child up for adoption then you don't get to suddenly want to take them back. Sorry, you shouldn't of given them up in the first place then. Be an adult and accept the choices you made. This choice is even worse, the girls real father was in PRISON her entire life and just go out, and a judge awards this ex con custody? On what planet is this okay? IMO the judge needs to be fired immediately.

They gave her back to the father though(who was in jail on gun charges, perfect role model for kids!) and the very next day this poor little girl was calling her parents(her real parents, the ones who raised her) begging to come back. Saying the biological fathers house had a bunch of mold and was littered with cigarettes. Wow, this guy sure cares about his daughter to take her from a loving home and put her in a shithole like that. It really makes our country look awful when it comes to the justice system. The girl should be with the only family she has ever known, not the scumbag ex con who can't bother to clean his damn house.

I truly hope she is returned to her rightful family and I truly hope the biological father never has any more children.

Curious, I didn't think that you could 'undo' an adoption, only a fostering. Or does it work differently in the US?
