That sounds like a big deal! What is it you do exactly, and what mainland are you referring to? It's 11:30 PM here, so hearing "Beautiful day today!" makes me think you're somewhere on the exact opposite of the planet!

Well that's pretty cool. My day was good also, though nothing nearly as exciting. I'm an underground power lineman, so a much less glamorous job, but it pays the bills.
The weather was nice here though, which has been a nice change of pace, as Detroit had it's worst winter in recorded weather history this year.
Are you originally from Japan, or just working there?
