Another bittersweet day at the office for me.

Bad news - I'm going to Southern California, not Las Vegas next month. Well, not so bad, I'd get to spend some time with family, and may make a weekend road trip to Vegas anyway.

Good news - I was notified I was on the Air Force Majors board. Will find out over the next few weeks, hopefully, if I'd been promoted to Major.

Bad news: It's almost 100 minutes round trip by walking.

There is, but I would still be walking almost 35 minutes just to get to the bus stop so I might as well walk the other 15 minutes for free.

If I had a car, the round trip would be only 13-15 minutes.

I've had that stuff. Pale imitation of the real sausage. The stuff you buy out of the stores is much better. But then again maybe that's just here, most of the Mcdonalds food is bad in general.
