Bah humbug indeed. I like the concept of Christmas, I just don't have anyone close enough to celebrate it with. I used to join my relatives for this big family Christmas dinner, but after the debacle that was the 2012 dinner, I'm not doing it anymore. These days I just spend Christmas and New Year's alone, gives me some opportunity for introspection, and that's nice too.

No he's my pet dog. And it snows occasionally in Liverpool, usually not that much though.

Yeah I like it when it snows since it doesn't happen too often in Liverpool. Also, I get to laugh because the media will make a big thing about how businesses and schools have to be closed due to a few inches of snow and get all hysterical over it.

Tokyo is like that too; other cities in the north get a lot more snow but Tokyo trains stop running from a bit of snow or winds.
