Agree, the Trinity costume is much better. But this book and the writer are more high profile and the reviews have been great so I expect this to be costume going forward. Hate to say it but Romita had better designs for Harvey and KGbeast than Lutay for Ivy, unbelievable.

What a preview.

Just looked up the new Trinity costume and it's good, but I think I love this Snyder look and costume better. Something fresh & tough about this one, just different enough but not too radical. Trinity's costume is almost not even a new costume because it's so much like old Ivy costumes like from the 80s or early 90s.

I'm glad we're finally getting away some from green skin Ivy. So I credit DC with that.

The new costume is optically interesting. Could do without the straps though. Or maybe they could have been more ornate straps with the leaf/vine motif too.

Eh...Ivy's rocked bodysuits in the past, but this just doesn't look very appealing to me (why the facepaint?) compared to when they were slowly bringing back her classic look ever since her mini and in Trinity.

Pretty underwhelmed by the redesign, all things considered.

Everything else looks good though .

Ivy looks amazing. There's nothing wrong with that suit, at all. Lotay's art is gorgeous, as usual.
