    I'd love to see a hostile take over of Oscorp by Petes company, backed by a white night..

    Problem is - he's not a finance wizard;

    Doc Ock, if he survives Clone Conspiracy, decides to get his ultimate revenge on Peter by taking control of the Parker Industries experimental nanotech--which remember he invented--which are, in fact, microscopic octobots. And we know he can mentally control those like his arms. Parker Industries signature product is their iPhone-like Webware. Well, what if those nanobots are in every. single. WebWare device? Which people wear on their wrists. Millions and millions of people all of the world. Over a billion in China alone. Including Peter's friends, colleagues, and family members. And what if Doc Ock, through that Webware, can hack directly into a person's brain and mentally control them? And he gives all those people one single command: kill Spider-Man. Thus you have "The Sinister Six Billion" in which Spider-Man, along with a few folks lucky enough not be wearing a Webware, must find a way to sabotage his own tech without hurting innocent people and those he cares about, while also stopping Doc Ock.

    In the aftermath, Parker Industries issues a massive recall of all the Webware devices to make sure all traces of Doc Ock nanotech is deactivated and scrubbed. But of course, there is public outrage, spurned on by J. Jonah Jameson, that Parker Industries released a "dangerous, untested product" to the market. Lawyers also pounce to file class action lawsuits against Parker Industries.

    But It gets worse. Peter then gets visited by two agents from the Treasury Department (cue Elliot Ness jokes). When federal investigators examined the Webware after Doc Ock's hacking, they noticed it's digital signatures were identical to when London's CCTV system was hacked into as shown in Amazing Spider-Man #9 (which was also done by Doc Ock when he was the Living Brain). The agents then wanted to see if there were any other instances, and sure enough, they found that same digital signature--in the computers of the New York Stock Exchange. Specifically on the day the Market seemed to crash...expect for Parker Industries stock. And since the nanotech was invented and developed by Parker Industries, with Peter's approval, it looks mighty suspicious. Thus, Peter gets accused by the U.S. government of stock market manipulation, fraud and cyberterrorism. And the state's star witness? Sajani Jaffrey. Who accuses Peter of firing her in order to "cover up his illegal activities" when she "discovered the truth," and maybe go as far as to lie and say Peter was doing what she actually did, which is hire known super-villains to sabotage company projects in order to "save the company."

    1) OVERWORKED: Since Parker Industries has been a success Peter is overwhelmed with being a CEO, scientist and Spider Man and finds out during the devastating battle against Dock Ock that his own tech is being used against him with Ock setting up tragedies after tragedies around the world forcing Peter to go around the world to try to fix it 1 mess at a time. After 8 issues of grueling battles against octobots, defected Parker webware causing heartattacks, and Ock's goons rampaging civilians Spidey defeats Ock locking him up. Realising that Ock will always have an edge against him because of his company he decides to give oversight of the company to Ana Maria, he retains ownership but holds a press conference saying due to civilian risk his company will not be suporting Spider-Man. Unofficially though he continues to create new gadgets, but removes webware and previous tech from his Spidey suit.

    2)SYMBIOTE CITY: A comet arrives from space carrying dozens of symbiotes. These symbiotes are slightly different than the previous ones, in that at the slightest hint of defeat they swap hosts, and the crowded city of New York is fertile ground for these bodyhoping ravagers. Spider-Man is in the process of rebuilding his tech, thus doesn't have sonics or extreme heat at his disposal, can Spidey improvise, or can he finish his sonics in time to stop them, to make matters worse foreign diplomats are holding a meeting in town and Parker Industries is hosting the event, if any one of them get infected it could mean war. Spidey can't do this alone, he only has a chance if he manages to convince the city to follow him instead of the police, or the army.
    Creativity is awesome.

    It's a cruel world, that doesn't care for you. Which is why remember to always smile.

    Something where Peter does something ridiculously flakey and not in anyway rational by average human standards and he has to be bailed out by Anna Marconi. Meanwhile, there is an employee secretly plotting against him. They haven't done that yet, right?
