I have not been keeping up to date with all the Hydra stuff. But with Secret Empire on the horizon, I was wondering.

Now, is Lady Hydra the same thing as Madame Hydra?
If so, is the current Madame Hydra still Viper, or has someone else took the role of Madame Hydra?

If Lady Hydra and Madame Hydra are different persons, who is higher in rank?

To be honest I'll be surprised if Madame hydra turns out to not be the green haired Ophelia sarkissian the original one and only madams hydra otherwise known as viper but the woman in the picture does resemble the woman we see in the flashbacks who brought Steve and his mother into hydra and indoctrinated him into become a hydra agent after she killed his mother when she tried to leave.

Yeah, I also thought that this Lady Hydra could be Elisa Sinclair, but I'm not sure if she is real or not, as she could be a product of Steve's altered memories by Kobik, we'll have to wait to know more...
