Did any writers of DC comics make a team for Superman that had other kryptonians that are just as powerful as him?. Like a group of kryptonian heroes like the Justice League but Superman would be the leader.

Do you mean in the history of the character or recently? Off the top of my head, there haven't been any "canon" Kryptonian teams, but Superman has worked with escaped Kandorians who also had his powers in the Silver Age, we see a homage (or perhaps the very same?) type of squad in All-Star Superman, pre-Flashpoint Superman worked with a bunch of Kryptonians (and led a guild of them) in World of New Krypton, and Neal Adams homaged the aforementioned SA Kandorians in last year's Superman & The Reign of The Supermen.
