Cool idea. What if he replaced Red Racer from the multiverse-defending Justice Incarnate first seen in Multiversity? Create a Justice Incarnate title and make Wally II a main character. He could be the point-of-entry character for readers.

Elevator pitch:

Wally gains a new superpower that basically links him to all earths. He tells Barry he needs to go find out what this means. He gets a new costume and renames himself Road Trip. He gets the lead role in a title called "DC comics presents: Road Trip". Wally goes to meet a bunch of heroes from different earths and learns various life lessons.

So he can get his own stories. It would be a temporary thing. To give writers a chance to give NuWally his own life rather than always be in the shadow of someone else.
