i think she's really in need of one since her new 52 series was just plagued with problems and now all she can hope is...being wallpaper in another character's book

Sure, but I always give Catwoman's series a shot. And it has to be really bad to get me to drop it.
I'd buy anything with Catwoman in the title.
Depends. Once a month at $3.99 with digital copy, yep.
Currently Following:
Action Comics, Deathstroke, Red Hood and the Outlaws, Super Sons, Superman, Superwoman, Teen Titans, Titans, Trinity, Wild Storm, Monstress, I Hate Fairyland, Black Monday Murders, Kill Or Be Killed, Redlands, Crosswind, Astonishing X-Men, Captain America, Daredevil, Defenders, Hawkeye, Tales of Suspense, American Gods, Animosity, Black Eyed Kids, Red Sonja
I'd like to, depending on the writer / artist / direction.
(There are, unfortunately a few too many writers these days who I would be afraid would make a Catwoman book unreadable for my preferences.)
Sure, if it was good and not plagued by the problems of her New 52 run. Her characterization in Batman is already a slight improvement.
Yes.
Esp if its a crime book with mystery/suspense. Which is real hard to write for 99% of DC's writers.
If its mediocre, i would lose interest fast.
I would get Peter Milligan and Leandro Fernandez.
Or Ennis, if he wants to write a crime book in Gotham, with some dark humor.
I just finished collecting Valentine's run in floppies (I didn't buy it until Steph was a regular cast member), and I would love to see something similar - not necessarily Selina as crime boss, but a dark crime drama, with a sense of Gotham's underworld structure. But I generally don't read Catwoman, so I'm probably the opposite of the person who would buy this monthly.

In a New York minute. I have all three series, the various mini-series, most the one shots and most of the stories in Batman and Detective Comics from the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s.
Gotham City Sirens. Her time in the Justice League. All the Batman Rebirth. About 20 Catwoman action figures. Did I say I liked Catwoman?
Yes. I think she's probably the most popular Bat character that doesn't have a solo right now. It's only a matter of time, especially if she ends up starring in the Sirens movie.
I'm going to make a prediction that's not really based in anything in particular: we'll get an Azzarello/Bermejo mini series at least a year before a solo on going.
I'm currently Re-Reading Stranger's in Paradise. Please join me.
Maybe, first I need know the team in that comic.
I can always make room in the pull-list for a Catwoman comic.
