We need a good human villain, almost all of the have been terrible. Someone with good motives against mutants but that does not sound like a retard.

If Charles uploaded the souls of the resurrected mutants in to a human body would they count as human or mutants?

Im refering something like Magneto, a good compelling villain, someone who can be view as morally grey, you see his/her point but still absolutely disagrees with him/her.

It will be hard now to replicate Magneto, even a more antagonistic Magneto but something along those lines will be cool. We have 50 years of the same type of Human Villain, something different will not kill us.
