In the AvX tie in with Emma fighting Thor, she attempted to enter his mind (In Phoenix form mind you) and was blocked out in pain. I can't think of any cases of any other psychics attempting to read him either.

Rachel scanned him during AVX along with the other Avengers when she was hunting for Hope. He warned her looking into the mind of a god would kill her or drive her mad, then she countered saying that she basically was a god as Phoenix and he didn't scare her.
