Kinda scratching my head here. The scrapbook is nice but how can they have pictures from the pre-FP universe? Did they like go back for Lois's laptop after Flashpoint!Superman kidnapped pregnant Lois during Convergence?

Maybe that's why they're surprised. Maybe they discover the scrapbook in some way and see that those memories of the Pre-Flashpoint DCU did in fact happen in this universe. Maybe this is the moment that Lois and Clark discover that they're not stranded in another universe, but that they have been in their own home universe the whole time.

Nope. It looks like its the red trunks. The belt in the pic is yellow. So, basically his Pre-Flashpoint look.

Action #974 is the latest one, right? It just shows Fake!Clark following Lois home and seeing a Kent family dinner but no scrapbook there.
