Man, sad to see Champions' numbers. Avengers isn't doing that well either. Both series I like.

Glad extra-ordinary is coming to an end. And glad to see Uncanny is doing better than all the others, even though it isn't the flagship

Rough numbers, but not unexpected. This is all on the cusp of another major re-launch. Plots are winding down. People are already looking forward to the next wave of new #1s. That's standard business practice for Marvel. I believe X-men Prime will probably be the top X-book when it comes out. X-men Gold will probably follow with X-men Blue close behind. I think they could easily make it into the top 10, depending on how well DC's upcoming crossovers do.

I am still surprised by Champions though. After just five issues, it's that low? That's pretty drastic. Given how well it started and how much Marvel pushed it, I can't help but wonder why it's losing so much ground. It's getting dangerously close to cancellation territory. Given the talent behind it and Marvel branding it their "flashship title," I worry what this means for the current state of affairs at Marvel. Hopefully, ResurrXion will give Marvel and the X-books a much-needed boost.

Ouch, those numbers are pretty ugly all-around.

I wonder how much the move to digital is impacting those numbers. I haven't bought a physical comic in years.

I blame the subpar art and a lackluster story. I hope Taylor turns it around in the next arc, and it sounds like the book will have a stable artist in Leonard Kirk. Hopefully that'll help reverse the downward trajectory.

I was expecting better sales for IvX and the same for Champions.

Considering that Ressurection is coming no one is interested in the endings of the stories surrounding the plot of the inhuman mist which makes sense since everyone already knows more or less how it will end.

It is worth remembering that these sales are common for stories and arcs coming to an end before re-launchs.

Well, Marvel did have a line-wide 10 percent free over-ship last month.

Is it really? Wouldn't that mean pretty much every "main" Marvel book is close to cancellation as well?

Those numbers are bad compared to DC but not compared to the rest of Marvel, no?

It doesn't look good considering that Champions is at 31K by issue #5. ANW and ANXM, for example, are both selling less than that, but they've each had almost 20 issues to get there without nearly the promotional push that Champions just had. But maybe it's making a killing on the book fair scene, a la Moongirl.
