I am trying to think of which books had real ties to the main Marvel U either appearing in other books or having characters show up in theirs and being part of the Marvel U as a whole. Micronauts, Shogun Warriors, ROM,

Rom, not ROM.

Team America, US 1, and Godzilla are the only ones I can think of.

All of the above were part of 616 continuity. Others that were include Doc Savage and Human Fly (as mentioned above), Conan, Red Sonja (their foe Kulan Gath has survived into the modern day), Kull (met Spider-Man), NFL Superpro, Tarzan (one of his enemies from his comic later fought Wolverine), War of the Worlds, Solomon Kane, Kiss (fought Dr. Doom!), Meteor Man, Nightcat, Fu Manchu.

Part of alternate realities that have either interacted with 616 or have counterparts to Marvel superheroes on their own worlds: Transformers, GI Joe, Star Trek, Doctor Who, Alf, 2001, aqnd Elric.

Zorro

Oh yeah! Marvel's Zorro license was based on 1990 TV series staring Duncan Regehr, and everything therein.
Including an episode where Zorro met inventor Doctor Henry Wayne (played by Adam West), implication being he would pass down the idea of what he saw to his descendant (Batman also played by himself)- So for an instant Marvel had licenced the implied great great grandfather of Bruce Wayne

One of the Shogun pilots latter went on to being Captain America's pilot for a while in the Grunewald run too.

For a while they had permission to use Fu Manchu as Shang Chi's father in the old Master of Kung Fu series in the 1980s. But I guess the Sax Rohmer estate didn't renew that. The last time he appeared he was just called He Who Shall Not Be Named. The series used some of the other Rohmer characters in supporting roles like Dr Petri, Dr Denis Nayland-Smith
