    The big 5 are:

    Conan - 275
    GI Joe - 155
Star Wars - 107 issues between a few Annuals and the Return of the Jedi mini series (not counting the new Star Wars books)
Micronauts - 81 issues between two series and Annuals
Rom - 78 issues and Annuals

Would the 86-issue run of Terry-Toons Comics count as well, because it featured cartoon characters like Mighty Mouse, Heckle, and Jeckle.

Mighty mouse counts. Marvel did a 80s comic of him also.

Master of kung fu had 101 issues! Yes marvel owns Shang Chi but the book was a based on fu Manchu who marvel no longer has the rights to! (but did get the ok to get the book reprinted)

Alf had 50 issues and one shots
Barbie had 51 issues and a second comic
Heathcliff had 56 issues and a spin off book

Plus the uk transformers comic went for over 100 issues!

Alright, so in regards to licensed series that lasted for at least 50 issues, the list should more or less look like this:

    The Transformers (1984-1992) - 332 issues

    Conan the Barbarian (1970-1993) - 275 issues

The Savage Sword of Conan (1974-1995) - 235 issues

    The Real Ghostbusters (1988-1992) - 193 issues

    G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero (1982-1994) - 155 issues

    Thundercats (1987-1991) - 129 issues

Master of Kung Fu (1974-1983) - 109 issues

    Star Wars (1977-1986) - 107 issues

    Conan Saga (1987-1995) - 97 issues

    Terry-Toons Comics (1942-1951) - 86 issues

    Rom (1979-1986) - 75 issues

Star Wars (2015-present) - 70 issues at the moment

    Barbie (1991-1996) - 63 issues

    Micronauts (1979-1984) - 59 issues

    Heathcliff (1985-1991) - 56 issues

    Barbie Fashion (1991-1995) - 53 issues

    Spider-Man and Zoids (1986-1987) - 51 issues

    ALF (1988-1992) - 50 issues

I can't believe I forgot the Transformers. Just going by the original Marvel series it lasted 80 issues.

Love the "issue 80 in a four issue limited series" at the top of the last issue.

They had a few spin-offs also.
