    And ive posted my Savage Dragon binds before but i had more dustjackets made!

    Those are amazing. I've only ever read Ennis' brief run of Darkness but it's a series I'd love to dive into as well as Witchblade. It's too bad there's nothing affordable in the HC collections for them. Same with SD although I read about the first 120 or so issues. A fun series.

    Darkness wasn't bad under Ennis but it fell off the cliff right after he left IMHO. I've started to read the series when I was like 16 and it was just edgy and cool enough for a 16yo but as an adult I was kinda hesitant to revisit it. Nostalgia carried me through the Ennis issues but as soon as he left my feelings evaporated too and I've sold my compendium.

    Amazing looking volumes btw Dark-Flux!

    Didn’t Paul Jenkins write some issues? I usually like his stuff but he can be hit or miss.

    Oh right, I turned over the logo sideways by mistake to fit the logo of the book.

    Edit:

    Version 2, resized DC logo to be smaller and moved it down while also orienting it correctly. used the vertical foldout cover in place of the gradient on the spine.

    I see some cool stuff here! I've been on a hiatus...busy with life.

    I have some stuff in the works, though...will try to share when I can!

    Looks good! I'm a Canadian and browsing this thread has gotten me a bit interested in binding. If you don't mind me asking, what was the name of place and how did it cost to get those books done?

    I've always thought that type of bind would look really classy on the shelf. The colour coordination is a nice touch.

    Thanks ! The name of the bindery is Smiths Falls Bookbinding. The base price (their standard is dfa glued binding is ) 33 dollars per book. I paid 38.50 after tax because there is a 5 dollar up charge for both over sewn and Smythe sewn, which is what I used. From what I can tell the panel lines were free.

    @JoeGuy:

    Hahaha thank you. Classy is what I was going for. As for the colors, I prefer black buckram with gold lettering in order to achieve said classy look but chose red for Gen x in order to capture the look of the school uniform .
