Mega-City 1 on Dredd earth all the way, odds are it would be a short, but absurd life. Fight in some job riots, get to elect a primate as mayor, do some bat-gliding, or use Boing! to pinball around the city until you are killed via the Dark Judges or maybe by the Sovs.
