Well since they were both Uncanny Avengers I guess this is fair.
I honestly like both. I think Wanda is more interesting, but Rogue is overall more entertaining when she's being written how I prefer her to be, so I went Rogue.

Wanda isnt and she has never been an X Man. She is a genocide monster that has never faced a trial though she should. She is not even a mutant now (Marvel writters always coherent...)

No contest.
One is an iconic X-Man who has been part of every non-comic iteration except for the fairly obscure X-Men Anime, the other barely features in the X-Men at all, and more often than not as an antagonist at that.
Like and dislike have nothing to with it - it's like asking someone who they like better as an Avenger, Cyclops or...say...anyone else who has actually been on the roster. Wanda is disqualified from the start.

Not even close. And even if I didn't adore Rogue for being Rogue, the Scarlet Witch is just not redeemable for me at this point.
